Account and contact information, listing content, reviews, transaction and ticket metadata, device and usage information, approximate location when allowed, and communications with support. Payment-card credentials should be handled by Stripe or PayPal and not stored by us.
Location privacy
We display event or vendor locations—not attendee live locations. A mobile vendor’s precise position is displayed only while that vendor elects to be live. Users may deny or revoke device-location permission.
How information is used
To operate discovery, listings, tickets, reviews, alerts, fraud prevention, analytics, support, legal compliance and marketing preferences.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, organizers as needed to fulfill purchases, and authorities when legally required. Retention should be limited to business, legal and security needs.
